How to add links & get the most out of mxsender
It takes about a minute to set up your first monitor. Here's how to add a link the right way, plus tips that make your alerts faster and cleaner.
➕Add your first monitor
- Open the bot
Tap “Open in Telegram”, then press Start. You can manage everything from the menu.

Tap ➕ Add monitor, or simply paste the URL of a search or category page into the chat.
- Name it & pick an interval
Give the monitor a short name and choose how often it should check — from every 10 minutes to weekly.

🔀Get the right URL
The link you send decides what you'll be alerted about. A couple of small tweaks make a big difference:
- 🆕Sort by newest first. On the website, set sorting to show the latest listings, then copy the URL — this helps the bot catch new items reliably.
- 🎯Add filters to cut the noise. Set price, location and keywords on the site so you only get listings you actually want, then copy that filtered URL.
- 🔗Copy the full link from the address bar. After applying sorting and filters, copy the URL straight from your browser and send that exact link.

📨Why you get too few — or too many — alerts
The alerts you receive mirror the search link you gave the bot. Two settings decide almost everything: sorting and filters.
Too few or no alerts
Most marketplaces sort by “relevance” by default and show promoted listings on top, so genuinely new items never reach the first rows — and the bot finds nothing new. If your goal is to catch the newest publications, open your search on the site, switch sorting to “newest first”, and give the bot that URL. Also check the filters: a too-narrow price range or a typo in the keyword can hide everything.
Too many alerts
A broad query — one generic word, no category, no price range — can flood you with messages. Narrow the search: pick the exact category, set a realistic price range, put the model into the keyword. You can also mute a monitor (🔕 silent mode) or switch it to a slower schedule and review alerts in batches.
