Messages stay silent? Check the Subscribe tap

If you connected Viber and nothing arrives, the usual reason is that Subscribe was never tapped in our chat. Open the chat and make sure you are subscribed; if you unsubscribed at some point, subscribing again restores delivery.

Reading a console offer from its title

Shops on Bigl.ua tend to put a lot into the product name: storage size, disc or digital edition, number of controllers, bundled games. With the price beside it, a Viber text is usually enough to tell a real deal from an ordinary listing before you tap through.

There is no photo or button in our Viber messages; that is how this channel works for us. If you want cards with pictures for the same hunt, attach Telegram or email to the search as well.

When the discounted batch is small

A seller cutting the price of a PS5 bundle below the rest of the catalogue rarely has a warehouse of them. The units go to the first few buyers who noticed. A message in the chat you already check between tasks is how you end up among them.

Keep the search tight. A model name plus a minimum price that excludes accessories stops cases, cables and games from filling your chat. Separate consoles deserve separate searches.

What to confirm with a Bigl.ua seller

Look at the seller’s reviews, especially the latest ones. Ask whether the warranty is the shop’s own or the manufacturer’s service centre, and how a return works if the console will not power on.

For delivery, Nova Poshta cash on delivery with inspection is the calm option: at the branch you can compare serial numbers on box and console and check the seals before paying. Paying in full up front to a seller without reviews, at a price well under the market, is an avoidable risk.
