Cars to fix and resell from AUTO.RIA, sent to Telegram
When a fairly priced Lanos or Octavia appears in Kharkiv or Odesa, the seller usually deals with whoever rang first, so your AUTO RIA searches post every new car under your ceiling to a Telegram chat you already keep open.

Search on AUTO.RIA, sort by newest
Write a narrow AUTO.RIA search for each segment
On AUTO.RIA choose the passenger-car search and fill in make, model, a year range, mileage, fuel, gearbox and the regions you are willing to drive to. Put your maximum buy price into the price field rather than the market price. Sort by the date the ad was added so the newest cars sit on top, then copy the address of the results page. Repeat for each segment you trade.

Send each link to the bot and keep Telegram as the channel. Give every search a name you will recognise at a glance, such as Octavia diesel, Kharkiv region. If your business partner prefers it, the same search can also go to Viber or email.

New listings land in your Telegram
Read the card, then call
A new car on your page becomes a card in the chat with its photo, the ad title, the asking price and a button that opens the listing on AUTO.RIA. Cars that were already on the page when you added the search are not sent.

The usual mistake: one search for every car under a budget
A dealer starting out often saves one broad AUTO.RIA search, everything below a certain dollar figure in the whole country, and then wonders why the chat is unreadable by Tuesday. Most of those cars are ones you would never buy: models you cannot get parts for, gearboxes you do not want to touch, towns too far to collect from.
Split it. One search per make and model you actually sell, each with its own buy ceiling, gives fewer cards and almost every one is worth a look.
Where the buy ceiling for each AUTO.RIA search comes from
Begin at the end: the price a car like this realistically sells for from your lot. Take away the repair you expect for this model, cleaning and polishing, re-registration at the MVS service centre, fuel to fetch it and the profit that makes the deal worth doing. What remains is the most you can pay, and it goes into the search, so the arithmetic is done before the card arrives.
Hashtags, silent searches and the mechanic in the loop
Every search carries its own hashtag. Tap it and the chat shows only that segment, which is handy when you want to see what Octavias went for over the past month. A wider fallback search can be set to silent: cards still arrive, the phone stays quiet while you are with a customer.
Forward any card to the person who does your bodywork or engine work. The photo, price and listing button travel with it, and the answer comes back in the same thread. The chat is the same on your phone and on Telegram Desktop at the workshop.
A price far below the rest is a question to ask
Very cheap ads are where trouble hides. Check the VIN against the open MVS records and against the plate on the body and the registration certificate, ask whether the seller owns the car or acts under a power of attorney, and compare the mileage with the wear inside.
Insist on an independent inspection at a service station of your choosing. Never send a deposit for a car you have not seen in person, however hard the seller says another buyer is on the way. Money changes hands at the paperwork, not before the viewing.
If buying and selling cars is becoming your trade
Regular sales are a business activity. Register it properly and ask an accountant about tax, so every car you sell has clean paperwork behind it.
βFrequently asked questions
Which plan fits a one-person car business?
Free covers one search checked every 30 minutes, enough to test a segment. Starter at $5.99 runs five searches every 10 minutes; Pro at $14.99 runs twenty with the fastest checks. Telegram is on all three.
Can I leave dealer ads out?
If your AUTO.RIA search offers a seller filter, set it before copying the link. We send exactly what the results page shows.
What if my ceiling changes?
Edit the price on the site, copy the new address and replace the link in the bot. The name and hashtag can stay.
Do I need an AUTO.RIA account?
No. The results page is public; we only need its address.
Will I get the cars already listed?
No, only cars that appear after the search is added.
How do I stop the cards when I have enough stock?
Pause the search in the bot and resume it when you are buying again.
