Resale lots from Prozorro.Sale in your Telegram

You refurbish and resell what Ukrainian state bodies and failed banks put up for auction, and the lot worth bidding on is the one you saw while there was still time to inspect it and do the maths.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

  1. Search on Prozorro.sale, sort by newest

Shape a search that fits your trade

On Prozorro.Sale, open the auctions list and narrow it to what you can actually restore and sell on: vehicles, workshop machinery, office furniture, IT equipment. Add a keyword, the regions you are willing to collect from, and the status filter that leaves only auctions still accepting applications. Put the newest first if the page offers that, then copy the address from the browser.

  3. New listings land in your Telegram

Get a card for each new lot

Whenever a lot appears that your search did not show before, a card lands in the chat with the title, the price and a button that opens the auction, where the photos and files are. A hashtag on the card tells you which of your searches it came from.

Why the first days after a Prozorro lot is published matter

A state auction is not won by whoever clicks fastest. It is won by whoever arrives at the bidding with a viewing done, a fee paid and a ceiling they trust. All of that has to fit between publication and the application deadline, and a lot you discover two days before that deadline usually means skipping the inspection or skipping the lot.

A Telegram card when the lot appears gives you that whole window.

Your maximum bid starts from the resale price

Ignore the starting price for a moment. Ask what a buyer in your market pays for this item once it is cleaned, repaired and photographed, then subtract parts, labour, transport, storage, the platform charges and a cushion for surprises. What remains is the most you can bid and still earn something.

Write that figure down before the auction opens.

Documents, viewing and the guarantee fee

Every lot carries a description and attached files: condition reports, photos, terms of sale, a contact for viewings. Written-off equipment is commonly sold as it stands, sometimes incomplete and without any warranty, so compare the papers with what you see on site and photograph nameplates and damage.

To take part you register on one of the accredited e-platforms and pay a guarantee fee, and some procedures add a registration fee. Read the lot documents and the platform rules for who pays what, and when the fee is returned if you lose.

After you win: payment, pickup and the rest of the bill

Winning starts a clock. The terms usually set a deadline to sign the protocol or contract, a deadline to pay in full and a window to remove the goods. Miss one and you may lose the guarantee fee. Plan the cash and the truck before you bid.

Count everything you will own once the hammer falls: platform remuneration if the terms charge it, notary or vehicle re-registration costs, dismantling, a tow truck for a car that does not run.

Keeping several resale lines apart in one chat

Each search gets its own hashtag, #m1, #m2 and so on, so vans, furniture and warehouse racking can share one chat and still be read separately. Forward a card to your mechanic or carrier for a quick quote.

❓Frequently asked questions

Do I need to register as a business to resell auction lots?

If buying and reselling becomes regular, register it properly, typically as a sole proprietor (FOP) with the right activity code and bookkeeping. An accountant can tell you which tax group fits.

How often is my search checked?

Free checks one search every 30 minutes, Starter at $5.99 checks five searches every 10 minutes, and Pro at $14.99 gives you 20 searches with the fastest checks. Telegram works on all of them.

Will MXSender bid or apply on my behalf?

No. We only tell you a new lot exists. Registration, fees, the application and every bid happen on the e-platform, under your name.

Will I get the lots already listed?

No. The first check remembers what is on the page, and cards only arrive for lots added later.

Can you promise I will never miss a lot?

No. We check your page on your plan's schedule but we do not control the site itself, so look at the search by hand now and then when a purchase really matters.
