imobiliare.ro listings delivered to your inbox

Are you hunting for a home in Romania while your working day runs through email anyway?

3 steps

Set up in a minute

  1. Search on Imobiliare, sort by newest

Build the results page you would check by hand

On imobiliare.ro pick buying or renting, the city and the kind of home. Narrow it with the areas you like, the rooms, the minimum floor area and your budget, sort the newest ads to the top and copy the page address.

  3. New listings land in your inbox

    Open one mail per check

When a check finds new homes on your page, one email arrives listing every one of them, each with its photo, the price and a link to the ad. Every mail carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

A mistake many flat hunters in Romania make

They open imobiliare.ro twice a day, scroll the same results again, and miss the ad that went up at ten and was promised by noon. In busy areas of Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca or Timișoara, the first callers usually get the viewings.

An email that lands after the check that found the ad changes the order of events. You read it, you call, and you are not the person who hears that it has gone.

What one MXSender mail holds

Several new homes from one check share one message rather than arriving as a pile of separate mails. Each entry shows the main photo, the title the seller wrote, the asking price, often in euro, and a link that opens the full ad.

Nothing to install: the mail opens in whatever you already use, on a phone or at a desk.

Because the mail follows your own results page, its quality is set by that page. Two or three neighbouring areas, the rooms you truly need and a price ceiling with a little headroom tend to give mails worth reading; a whole city with no limits gives a list you will start skipping.

Your inbox as a property archive

Buying a flat can take months. Filed in a folder, these mails become a record you can search: how much a three-room flat in Gheorgheni asked in spring, which block came up twice, what you already viewed. Archive the ones you ruled out and the folder stays short.

If two of you are searching, Pro sends the same mails to up to three addresses. Free and Starter cover one address.

Getting the first mail out of spam

Your mail provider decides where a message lands, not us. After the first match, look in spam or the promotions tab; if the mail is there, mark it as wanted and add the sender to your contacts so later ones reach the inbox.

❓Frequently asked questions

How often is my search checked?

It depends on the plan. Free: one search every 30 minutes. Starter at $5.99: five searches every 10 minutes. Pro at $14.99: twenty searches with the fastest checks. Email is on every plan.

Do I get ads that were already listed?

No. You only hear about homes that appear on your results page after the search is added.

Can I see only private owners?

If imobiliare.ro offers an owner-only filter, switch it on before copying the link. Your mails follow exactly what that page shows.

Is there anything to check before a viewing?

Pay nothing before you have seen the home. Ask for the land book extract and compare the owner’s name; for a rental, insist on a written contract registered with ANAF.

How do I stop the mails?

Use the unsubscribe link in any mail, or pause or delete the search in MXSender.
