A common mistake: expecting a price alarm

Many people assume a tool like this tracks one product’s price. MXSender does something different: it reads the results page you filtered and emails you when new offers appear in it. A product that was already listed and then gets cheaper is not a new result, so it does not trigger an email.

In many categories Amazon.de shows used offers or customer returns graded by condition next to new stock. For cameras, headphones and kitchen machines that can mean a real saving. Read the condition note before you buy: is an accessory missing, is the box damaged, are there marks?

Well-priced used offers sell quickly. Reading your email at breakfast and after work is usually enough to catch them while they are still there.

Seller ratings, who ships, and returns

The product page shows who sells and who ships. Sold by Amazon means Amazon’s return terms. For Marketplace sellers, look at how many ratings they have and what they say, the published seller details and the return policy. A new seller with almost no feedback, a long delivery estimate and a price well below the rest deserves caution.

Pay only through Amazon. If a message asks you to transfer money outside the platform, stop there.

Filing offers so you can compare later

Add a mail rule that moves each search into its own folder. After a while you have a searchable history of which offers appeared and at what price, which makes it easier to recognise a genuinely good one the moment it lands.
