How the rental mail is laid out

One check, one mail. If the check found a studio in Floreasca and a one-bedroom in Dristor, both sit in the same message, each with its own photo, title, rent and link to the ad on imobiliare.ro. An unsubscribe link sits at the bottom of every mail.

Three addresses for a flat share

Keep your deposit safe while moving fast

Ask to see the land book extract and the owner’s ID and compare the names. A written contract registered with ANAF should list rent, deposit, term and who pays which utilities. With an agency, ask about the fee before the viewing.
