New used-car ads from AUTO.RIA, straight to your inbox

Picture choosing a car for your parents in Lviv while you work in Kyiv, with every new match from one careful search arriving as mail that both of you can read and discuss.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

  1. Search on AUTO.RIA, sort by newest

    Shape the search on AUTO.RIA

Start in used passenger cars: make, model, and the generation where the site offers it. Add the years you accept, a mileage ceiling, fuel, gearbox, engine size if it matters to you, the region where the car should be and a price limit. Order the results by date with the newest at the top and copy the address.

  2. Copy the link, paste it into mxsender

Give MXSender the link and an email address

Paste the address and pick email. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for on AUTO.RIA. If you also want the same search in Telegram or Viber, add those as well.

  3. New listings land in your inbox

    Read one mail per check

When a check finds new cars, you get a single mail listing every one of them, each with a photo, the title, the price and a link to the ad. A check that finds nothing sends nothing.

Buying for someone else, two inboxes, one search

When the person who will drive the car is not the person doing the research, a shared alert saves a lot of forwarding. On Pro the same search can go to up to three addresses, so your father sees exactly what you see, and you can talk about a car by its title instead of sending screenshots. On Free and Starter one address receives it, and forwarding a mail keeps every photo and link intact.

Email also suits an older relative who would never install a new chat app. A mail arrives where they already read their bank statements and family news.

Engine size, fuel, gearbox: settle them before the mails start

AUTO.RIA has the filters to describe a car precisely, and a buyer for someone else should use all of them, because a vague search produces mail nobody reads. Agree on the gearbox and fuel first, then the engine size. A mileage limit a little above the ideal figure and a price slightly over budget leave room for rounding and for haggling.

If you cannot agree between two versions, make two searches and let a mail rule file each into its own folder.

Why the first call still matters for a slow channel

Email feels unhurried, but a clean, fairly priced used car on a big car marketplace is often agreed with whoever calls first. That is why the plan matters: Free looks at one search every 30 minutes, Starter at $5.99 looks at five searches every 10 minutes, and Pro at $14.99 covers twenty with the fastest checks. Email works on all of them, and every mail carries an unsubscribe link.

Imported cars and the checks that come with them

Some cars on AUTO.RIA were brought in from the EU or the US. Ask whether the car is already cleared and registered in Ukraine, which country it came from and what was fixed after it arrived, and check its VIN with services that cover that country as well as Ukrainian registers. A checked-VIN mark on an ad is a helpful hint, nothing more.

For every car, imported or not: match the VIN on the body to the registration certificate and the owner to the seller's passport, and book an independent garage you picked yourself. Pay no deposit before you have seen it, and settle at re-registration in an MVS service centre.

❓Frequently asked questions

How many mails should I expect?

At most one per check, and only when new cars appeared. A narrow search sends few, a wide one sends more.

Can my partner get the alerts too?

On Pro, up to three addresses can receive the same search. On Free and Starter it is one, and the mail can be forwarded.

Does the first mail list every car on the page?

No. The first check remembers the current results, and only cars added after it are mailed.

The mails end up in spam. What should I do?

Mark one as not spam and add the sender to your contacts; later mails should reach the inbox.

Does MXSender check the cars it sends?

No. It tells you a new ad appeared. History, papers and condition are for you and your mechanic to check.
