  3. New listings land in your inbox

What state agencies and banks put up for sale

Prozorro.Sale is where Ukrainian state-owned companies, public agencies and banks sell assets by auction, and vehicles are a steady part of that: fleet cars being replaced, cars pledged against bank loans, seized vehicles. Bids are placed through accredited e-platforms rather than on a seller’s phone line.

That makes the process longer than a private sale, and it is exactly why an email that waits in your inbox fits it well.

Filing auction emails so a deadline never slips by

Drag each email into a folder, star the lots you like, and search your mailbox by make or city when you come back to them. Because the application window can run for days, you will often reopen the same mail two or three times before you decide.

A small company buying vehicles from state auctions also gets a record for free: which lots it saw, which it discussed and which it applied for.

Going through a lot before you apply

Open the documents attached to the auction. Look for a condition report, photos and the inspection terms. Check that keys and registration papers are mentioned, and whether the lot notes any encumbrance. If viewings are allowed, agree a time with the organiser and bring a mechanic.

Your application, the registration fee and the guarantee fee go through an accredited platform before the deadline on the auction page. Amounts and payment details come from that lot’s own conditions.

Paying and re-registering after you win

The auction conditions say how many days the winner has to pay. Know that before you place a bid. After payment and signing, the vehicle is registered in your name at a service centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. We give no legal advice; ask the organiser or a lawyer about anything unclear.

Plans, addresses and how often we look

Free and Starter send to one address, Pro to up to three, handy when a mechanic, an accountant and a manager all weigh in. Free checks one search every 30 minutes, Starter at $5.99 checks five every 10 minutes, Pro at $14.99 checks twenty with the fastest timing. Email is on every plan.

❓Frequently asked questions

How many emails a day should I expect?

One per check that found something new. A check with three new lots sends one mail with three entries; a check with none sends nothing.

The first mail went to spam. What now?

Mark it as not spam and add the sender to your contacts so the next ones reach your inbox.

Can you see my bids on the e-platform?

No. We only read the public Prozorro.Sale search page. Your platform account and your bids stay private.

Will lots that were already listed show up?

No. The first check notes the current auctions; emails contain only lots added after that.

How do I stop the emails?

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any mail, or pause the search in MXSender.
