Amazon.de resale buys, collected in one email per check
Resellers who buy used and returned goods on Amazon Germany usually plan purchases at a desk, so an email listing each new offer, photo and price included, fits the way they already work.

New listings land in your inbox
Read the email a check sends
A check that finds new results sends one email covering all of them, each with its photo, price and a link to the Amazon page. A check with nothing new stays silent.

Mistake one: watching a whole category instead of a product
New resellers often save a search for ‘robot vacuum’ and drown. Amazon Germany lists so many of them that every check finds something, and an inbox full of products you would never buy hides the one you would.
Pick products you already know how to sell, with a known resale price. One search per model, a hard price ceiling and the condition filter turn the email into a short list instead of a catalogue.
Why one email per check suits a buying routine
Because a check can find several new offers at once, the email puts them side by side. You compare a ‘like new’ unit against a ‘good’ one with photos in view, open the better one and order, which is much the same as how you would review stock on a supplier list.
If your mail reaches your phone, you still see a rare underpriced unit shortly after the check finds it. Being early matters: a single returned item is gone once someone else orders it.
Seller, condition and paperwork on an Amazon resale buy
Look at who sells it. Amazon itself, or a marketplace seller with their own ratings and return terms; a seller with very few ratings deserves a closer read. Then the condition note: missing chargers, scuffs or no original box all lower what you can ask later.
If you trade as a business, confirm that the seller issues an invoice you can use for your records before you rely on the purchase.
Filing, searching and spam folders
Create a filter that moves our emails into a ‘Sourcing’ folder. Searching that folder for a model name later shows every price it appeared at, which is useful when deciding whether a new offer is actually cheap.
Your provider decides where mail lands. After the first match, look in spam too, mark the email as wanted and add the sender to your contacts. Each email has an unsubscribe link.
Addresses and search counts per plan
Free: one search every 30 minutes, one address. Starter at $5.99: five searches every 10 minutes, one address. Pro at $14.99: twenty searches, the fastest checks and up to three addresses, so a partner or bookkeeper can be copied in.
❓Frequently asked questions
Is there a price-drop alert?
No. You are told about new results in your search; the price is in the email.
What does the very first check send?
Nothing. It records the current results, and later emails cover only new ones.
Can two people get the same emails?
Yes, on Pro, which supports up to three addresses.
Do returned or used offers count as new results?
If your Amazon search shows them, yes. We watch the results page you built.
Do you verify sellers or invoices?
No. We pass on the offer; the checks on seller, condition and paperwork are yours.
