A buyer’s morning in Odesa, compressed

Plain text by design: no photos, no buttons

If you want the photo inside the alert itself, add Telegram or email to the same search; Viber can stay as the quick line you read on the move.

If nothing arrives, check the Subscribe tap

Opening the bot chat is not the same as subscribing. Until you tap Subscribe, Viber refuses our messages and your search looks silent even when new flats appear. Once subscribed, the next check delivers as normal. Unsubscribing later stops the Viber messages but not your other channels.

Several agents, one flat, different prices

Rieltor.ua is built around realtors and agencies, each with a profile, so the same flat may be listed by two or three of them. You will get each listing as its own message. Use that: compare the asking prices, ask who deals with the owner directly, and ask whether anyone holds an exclusive.

Before any money moves, see the flat, see the ownership documents and a fresh registry extract, and get the terms in writing. Ask early whether the buyer pays a commission, how much it is and at which stage it is due.

Is Viber on the free plan?

Yes. Every channel is on every plan. Free is one search checked every 30 minutes; Starter, $5.99, is five searches every 10 minutes; Pro, $14.99, is twenty searches with the fastest checks.

Why are there no pictures in the message?

Our Viber alerts are text only: title, price, link. The photos are one tap away on the listing page.

Will you contact the agent for me?

No. We tell you a flat has appeared; the call, the viewing and the deal are yours.

Does the first check send me the whole current page?

No. It records what is already listed, and only flats that show up afterwards are sent.

Can I watch Kyiv and Lviv at the same time?

On Starter or Pro, yes: build one search per city on the site and add each link. Free covers a single search.

How do I stop once I have bought?

Pause or delete the search. Pausing keeps it ready if you buy a second flat later.
