Get new Rieltor.ua flats by email while you buy

Buying a flat through Ukrainian agents is a hunt of weeks, and an inbox that files each batch of new Rieltor offers by itself keeps the whole search in one searchable place.

New listings land in your inbox

Open one mail per check

When a check finds new flats, you get a single email listing all of them, each with a photo, its price and a link to the listing. A check with nothing new sends nothing. Every mail ends with an unsubscribe link.

A common mistake: buying from the sofa at 10 pm

Many buyers scroll Rieltor.ua in the evening, find a promising flat, and call the agent next morning. By then the agent has already booked viewings with the people who called during the day. On a portal where realtors post most of the stock, the first callers set the agent’s calendar.

Email narrows that gap if your phone shows new mail. You read the offer during the day, while the listing is fresh, and you ring before the slots are gone.

Your inbox as a price history for Lviv

Weeks of alerts become a record. Search your mailbox for a street or a housing complex and you can see which flats came up, at what asking price, and which reappeared under another agent for less. That makes a calm, factual point when you negotiate.

Make a folder per search and a filter on the search name, and the record builds itself without any effort from you.

Three addresses on Pro for a joint purchase

Free and Starter send to one address. Pro sends to up to three, so you, your partner and the person who checks the paperwork all receive the same batch and can discuss it before anyone calls.

Plans differ in reach and rhythm: Free is one search checked every 30 minutes, Starter at $5.99 is five searches every 10 minutes, Pro at $14.99 is twenty searches with the fastest checks. Email works on all of them.

Exclusives, repeat listings and commission

Because several agents may advertise the same flat, one batch can contain what is really one property at two prices. Ask each agent whether they act for the owner and whether the flat is under an exclusive contract; with an exclusive, a single agent controls the viewings.

Settle the commission question in the first conversation: who pays it, how much, and at what stage. Hand over no deposit before you have seen the flat, the ownership documents and a recent registry extract, and keep every agreement in writing.
