Flatfy flats for sale, delivered as Viber messages

Most Ukrainians already have Viber open all day, and a Flatfy search already spans many property sites, so the two together put every new flat in your buying range into a chat you actually read.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

  1. Search on Flatfy, sort by newest

Set up the Flatfy search you would refresh by hand

Choose flats for sale, the city, the rooms and your price range, and add floor area if it matters. Use a district or the new-build versus resale choice where Flatfy offers it. Put the newest ads first in the sort order. Then copy the results page address from the browser, filters included.

  2. Copy the link, paste it into mxsender

Give it to MXSender with Viber as the channel

Send the link to MXSender and pick Viber; Telegram and email are the other routes and can be added any time. Then open the MXSender chat in Viber and tap Subscribe once. Viber only lets a bot write to people who have subscribed, so skipping this means silence.

  3. New listings land in your Viber

Read each new flat as a short message

Every flat that newly appears on your Flatfy page arrives as a plain Viber message carrying the listing title, the price and a link. There is no photo card and there are no buttons; the link opens the ad with its pictures and the seller’s details.

Covering Ukraine’s property sites with one search instead of five

Buyers in Kyiv or Lviv often track several property portals, because an owner may post on one and an agency on another. Flatfy is an aggregator: it gathers those ads into one search and links each back to where it was first published.

So the sensible place for an alert is the aggregator itself. One Flatfy search in Viber does the job that would otherwise take a separate alert per portal, and on the Free plan, with one search, that difference decides whether you see most of the market or a slice of it.

Spotting the same Odesa flat in two Viber messages

Because Flatfy pulls from many sources, one apartment can turn up as two or three ads: the owner’s, plus copies from agencies. Each has its own link, so each becomes its own message.

In a text-only channel you match them by the title, the area and the price, then open both links and compare floor and photos. A lower price on one version usually means no intermediary fee, or a figure the other ad never updated. Call about the cheaper one first and ask outright who you would be dealing with.

The Subscribe tap, and what stops delivery

If Viber is chosen but nothing arrives, the usual cause is a missing Subscribe tap in the MXSender chat. It is done once and covers all your searches. Leaving or deleting the chat stops delivery again; your search keeps running, and you can switch it to Telegram or email at any time.

Paperwork and money checks before you commit to a flat

Flatfy only shows the ad; the deal itself is with the seller. Ask for the documents that prove ownership and check the name against the person you meet. Never send a prepayment before a viewing. Raise the agency commission at the start, and agree any deposit in writing.

❓Frequently asked questions

Will I see photos of the flat in Viber?

Not in the message itself: our Viber alerts are text with the title, price and link. Open the link for photos, or add Telegram or email to the same search if you want a picture in the alert.

What does the Viber channel cost?

Nothing extra. Every plan includes it. Free is one search checked every 30 minutes; Starter at $5.99 is five searches every 10 minutes; Pro at $14.99 is twenty searches with the fastest checks.

Why did two messages describe the same apartment?

The flat was posted in more than one source, and Flatfy lists each version separately. Treat it as a hint: the price difference often tells you which one is closer to the owner.

Do I get the flats that were already in the results?

No. The first check records what is on the page, and from then on only newly appearing flats are sent.

Can a relative get the same messages?

The messages go to the Viber account that subscribed. A relative can forward any message, or you can add email for the same search and use a second address on Pro.

Does this work for rentals too?

Yes, the steps are the same with a rental search. This page is written for buyers, where comparing duplicates matters most.
