Select sale, a city such as Kharkiv or Kyiv, the room count and a price band in the currency the site shows. Floor area helps, and so does a district or the new-build or resale choice where Flatfy has one. Sort newest first and copy the results address, filters and all.

New listings land in your inbox
Get a single mail whenever a check finds flats
When a check spots new flats on your page, one email arrives listing all of them, each with a photo, the price and a link to the ad. A check that finds nothing sends nothing, so the inbox never fills with empty reports.

The mistake: five portal newsletters and no overview
Plenty of buyers sign up to the saved-search mails of every Ukrainian property site they know and end up with five differently formatted streams. The same flat shows up in two of them, a third one is missed, and nobody remembers which mail said what.
Flatfy fixes the overview problem at the source: it aggregates ads from many sites and links each one back to its origin. Put the email alert on the Flatfy search and you get one stream in one format covering most of what those separate newsletters would have sent.
Reading one Flatfy email that lists a flat twice
Because Flatfy merges sources, one apartment can appear as two or three ads, from the owner and from agencies. If they surface in the same check, they sit next to each other in the mail with matching photos and different prices.
That layout makes the comparison easy. Check floor, area and the street, then look at the price gap: often it is an intermediaryโs fee, sometimes just an outdated figure. Contact the lower one first and ask whether the owner is selling directly.
Months of Lviv asking prices, searchable in your inbox
A purchase takes weeks or months. Every mail stays in your inbox, so you can search it for a street name and see what a similar flat was offered for in spring, or notice that the same one came back cheaper. That history is useful at the negotiating table.
Add a filter on the sender and the alerts go into their own folder. Every mail carries an unsubscribe link, and you can keep the search alive on another channel if email stops suiting you.
Ownership papers, viewing first, terms in writing
An aggregator lists ads; it does not vouch for them. Ask to see the documents proving ownership and match the names. Do not pay anything before you have viewed the flat. Ask about agency commission in the first call, and sign a written agreement before a deposit changes hands.
โFrequently asked questions
How many emails should I expect?
At most one per check, and only when something new appeared. Free checks one search every 30 minutes, Starter ($5.99) five searches every 10 minutes, Pro ($14.99) twenty searches with the fastest checks.
Can my partner get the same mail?
On Pro you can add up to three addresses. On Free and Starter there is one address, which you can forward automatically from your mail settings.
Is a mail per check fast enough for a good flat?
Mail arrives at the same moment a chat alert would. The difference is how quickly you notice it, so if you want a buzz on the phone, add Telegram or Viber to the same search.
Do I have to install anything?
No. Any mailbox works, on any device, and nobody needs an account on Flatfy.
Will old listings flood the first email?
No. The first check only remembers what is already on the page; the mails cover flats that appear after it.
