Search on DOM.RIA, sort by newest
Filter DIM.RIA for what you would buy
Open the sales listings and choose the property type: a resale flat, a flat in a new build or a house. Add the city and districts, number of rooms, total area and your price range. An owner-only filter helps if you want to skip agency commission. Sort the results newest first.

New listings land in your inbox
Open one mail per check
Whenever a check finds new properties, you get a single email listing all of them, each with a photo, the price and a link to DIM.RIA. A check with nothing new sends nothing. Every mail ends with an unsubscribe link.

Is email quick enough for a property purchase?
For most buyers, yes. A flat is not a phone that sells in an hour; what matters is hearing about a good listing the same morning, not on Sunday, and calling while the owner is still arranging the first viewings. A mail that lands on your phone after the check does that.
If you would rather have a buzz for every single listing, add Telegram or Viber to the same search and keep email as the record.
Months of asking prices, searchable in your inbox
Buying a home takes a while, and the mails pile up into something useful: what owners asked for a two-room flat in Kharkiv’s Saltivka in spring, which listings came back after vanishing, how new-build prices in one complex moved. Search the inbox by street or complex name and you have your own price history.
That history is worth bringing to a negotiation. Knowing that three similar flats nearby were listed for less is a calm, factual argument.
Comparing five flats at a desk, not on a phone
When a single mail holds several listings from the same district, you can line them up: area, floor, price, owner or agency. The one priced clearly below its neighbours deserves the first call that day. Others can wait for the weekend.
Filing is easy too. A Gmail or Outlook rule can drop our mails into a folder called „Flat“, keeping your work inbox clean.
Due diligence on a Ukrainian home purchase
Ask what the seller’s ownership is based on, get a register extract, and make sure every co-owner consents. For a new build, ask about the developer’s land rights and building permit and what contract you would sign. The notary certifying the sale checks for liens and bans as well.
No money before a viewing, and a deposit only under a written agreement. With an agency, settle the commission early. A verification mark on DIM.RIA helps, but does not replace any of this.
Up to three inboxes on Pro
Free and Starter send to one address; Pro sends to up to three. Buying with a partner, or with parents helping on the deposit, everyone gets the same mail without forwarding.
