New listings land in your inbox
Open one mail per check
Whenever a check turns up new phones, they come together in a single message, each with a photo, the asking price and a link to the ilan. A check that finds nothing sends nothing, and every mail carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Before you reply to any listing: a five-point list
One, ask for the IMEI and check it on e-Devlet: in Turkey a phone must be registered by IMEI to work with a local SIM, and imported handsets without that registration can stop connecting. Two, ask for the battery health percentage from Settings. Three, ask whether the screen or battery has ever been replaced.
Four, ask whether the box and invoice come with it, which helps when you resell later. Five, agree to meet where you can test it, and watch the seller sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My iPhone before you pay. Requests for a deposit before viewing, or a ship-only sale, are reasons to slow down.
Several iPhones in one message make the bargain visible
If four phones were posted since the last check, you get one mail listing all four rather than four separate pings. Prices for the same model stacked in one view make the outlier jump out, the one sitting clearly below the rest.
An outlier means either a seller in a hurry or a detail worth reading twice. Either way, opening it before anyone else does is the whole point.
The mistake of searching for plain „iPhone“
Leave out the model and storage and the inbox fills with cases, cracked phones and handsets far above your budget. Within days the mails get archived unread, and the one listing that mattered goes with them.
Put the model, the storage and a realistic ceiling into the search instead. Undecided between an iPhone 13 and a 14? Make two searches: Free gives you one, Starter five, Pro twenty.
Filing the mails: a running price log for one model
A simple rule in Gmail or Outlook can drop these mails into their own folder, keeping the main inbox clean. After a few weeks, a search inside that folder shows what a 128 GB model was being listed for and when, which is useful ground to stand on when the seller names a figure.
How often the search is checked follows your plan: every 30 minutes for the single Free search, every 10 minutes for Starter's five, and the fastest schedule for Pro's twenty.
❓Frequently asked questions
Do I get a separate email for each listing?
No. Everything a single check finds goes into one mail, and when a check finds nothing new, no mail is sent.
Can my partner get the same mails?
On Pro you can add up to three addresses and each receives every alert. Free and Starter deliver to one address.
The first mail went to spam. What now?
Move it to your inbox and add the sender to your contacts. Most mail services learn from that and deliver the next ones normally.
Can I keep using sahibinden.com's saved searches?
Of course. The site's own favourite searches stay where they are. With MXSender you choose the channel and how often the search is checked, and email leaves a searchable record.
Will phones that were already listed show up?
No. The listings present when you add the search are the baseline; only ilanlar posted afterwards appear in the mails.
How do I stop the alerts?
Click the unsubscribe link in any mail, or pause or delete the search in your account.
