New sahibinden rentals in your inbox, check by check

No app to install, no tab to refresh: the new rental flats from each check arrive together in the mailbox you already read all day.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

  1. Search on sahibinden, sort by newest

    Filter the kiralık listings first

On sahibinden open Emlak, Konut, Kiralık and choose Daire. Pick the il, the ilçe and, if you like, individual mahalle; then the number of rooms, the m² you need and the most you will pay each month. The Kimden filter separates owners from estate offices. Sort by date, newest first, so the page reflects what has just been posted.

  2. Copy the link, paste it into mxsender

Hand us the URL and choose email

Copy the address of that filtered results page and paste it into MXSender. You can route it to email or Telegram; email only needs an address, nothing to download.

  3. New listings land in your inbox

    Read one message per check

When a check finds new flats you get a single mail listing all of them, each with its photo, rent and a link to the ilan. A check that finds nothing sends nothing. Every message ends with an unsubscribe link.

Who should pick email for a rental hunt

If you spend the day at a desk, your inbox is the window that never closes. Many people relocating to İstanbul or Ankara for a new job are in exactly that position: on a work laptop where installing software is not allowed, with a phone that is already full of notifications.

Email puts the new flats where your eyes already are. Open the mail, click the one that looks right, call the number on the ilan.

Several flats, one mail, an easy comparison

Because every flat found in a check shares one message, you see their rents next to each other. Two 2+1s in Bornova and one in Buca, side by side, make it obvious when one is priced noticeably under the rest, which is usually the one that goes first.

It also helps you spot reposts. A flat that reappears a few days later with a new title and the same photos stands out when the earlier mail is still sitting in your inbox.

How quickly the mails arrive

The pace depends on your plan, not the channel. Free checks one search every thirty minutes. Starter, $5.99, checks five searches every ten minutes. Pro, $14.99, runs twenty searches on the fastest schedule. Email is part of every plan, including Free.

Signs a cheap Çankaya listing is not what it seems

A rent well below the rest of the street, a landlord who is suddenly overseas and offers to send keys by courier, a request for a deposit or kapora before any viewing, pressure to move the conversation off the site: none of these prove fraud, but each is a reason to slow down.

See the flat in person, check who owns it, and pay nothing before the lease is signed. Your inbox doubles as a record of exactly what each listing said when it first appeared.

Sharing the hunt with a partner on Pro

Free and Starter send to one address. Pro lets you add three, so the person you are moving in with, or a relative viewing flats on your behalf in another city, gets the same mail at the same moment and nobody has to forward anything.

❓Frequently asked questions

Do I get an email for every single flat?

No, you get one email per check, and it lists all the flats that check found. If nothing new appeared, nothing is sent.

Will it respect my rooms and rent filters?

Yes. Those filters are part of the link you give us, so the mails contain only flats matching that exact page.

Can I sort the alerts into folders?

Any mail client can do that with a rule, for example one folder for Kadıköy and another for Karşıyaka, so the inbox stays tidy.

I get too many mails. What now?

Narrow the search on the site: fewer districts, a lower rent ceiling or a single room type. Then give us the new link.

Can I keep using sahibinden's favourite searches too?

Of course. The site's own saved-search feature works independently; MXSender just lets you pick email and the check frequency.

How do I stop once I have moved in?

Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any mail, or pause or delete the search in your account.
