Kleinanzeigen bike deals delivered to your inbox

Each round of new bikes from your Kleinanzeigen search comes as a single email you can compare, file and come back to.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

  1. Search on Kleinanzeigen, sort by newest

Set up the bike search in Germany

On kleinanzeigen.de open Fahrräder & Zubehör and type the bike you want with its size, such as „Rennrad 56“ or „Trekking E-Bike 28“. Add your Postleitzahl and a sensible Umkreis, a price range, Privat if you prefer private sellers, and switch the sort to Neueste zuerst.

  2. Copy the link, paste it into mxsender

    Hand the link to MXSender

Paste the result page into MXSender and pick email. Name the search clearly, for example „Pedelec under 1,800 euros“, because that name goes into the subject of every message. The same search can also feed Telegram.

  3. New listings land in your inbox

    Open one mail per round

When a check finds new bikes, you get one email listing all of them, each with photo, price and link. A check that finds nothing stays quiet. Every message ends with an unsubscribe link.

Mistake number one: a search for every bike in Germany

The most common way to waste a bike hunt is a search that says „e-bike“ and nothing else, across a 200-kilometre radius. The mails fill up with bikes too small, too big or too far away to test ride, and you stop reading them.

Put your frame size and wheel size into the search words, keep the radius to where you would really travel for a ride, and set an honest top price. Fewer bikes per mail, but each one worth opening.

Comparing Pedelecs side by side

Because a check sends one mail with every new match, you see several bikes together. That matters with e-bikes, where age, motor and battery size swing the value a lot, and an outlier price jumps out when it sits next to two others.

Over a few weeks the folder becomes a price history. Search it for a model name and you know what that bike has been going for before you open negotiations.

Battery, charger and the questions to send first

Ask about the battery capacity in watt-hours, how many charge cycles it has seen or whether a shop diagnostic exists, and whether the charger and keys are included. Ask which motor it has and when it was last serviced.

Reading the mail early gives you time for these questions instead of rushing into a yes.

Proof of ownership is normal to ask for in Germany

Stolen bikes are a real risk in Germany. Ask for the Kaufbeleg or a bike passport and the Rahmennummer, then check the number on the frame when you meet. A scratched-off number or fresh paint over the bottom bracket is a reason to leave.

Test ride the bike, meet at the seller's home, pay only after you have inspected it, and never prepay a stranger.

Plans, addresses and the site's own alert

Kleinanzeigen has its own saved search that can email you. With MXSender you choose the channel, and the plan decides how often we look: Free checks one search every 30 minutes, Starter at $5.99 checks five every 10 minutes, Pro at $14.99 runs twenty with the fastest checks. Free and Starter mail one address, Pro up to three.

❓Frequently asked questions

Do I get one email per bike?

No. One email per check, holding every new bike that check found.

Can two of us get the same mail?

On Pro, yes, up to three addresses. On Free and Starter one person receives it and can forward it.

What if a bike has no receipt?

Ask for a bike passport, a frame code or photos from the original purchase. If none exist and the price looks too good, wait for the next mail.

Can I pause it after I have bought a bike?

Yes. Pause the search and restart it next season, or unsubscribe from the link in any mail.

Does it cover children's bikes and trailers?

Yes, anything in the bike category. A separate search per item keeps each mail tidy.
