Kleinanzeigen laptop deals in your inbox, one mail per check

Most people hunting a second-hand MacBook in Germany make the same mistake of checking the site at lunch and again at night, while a mail from your own search does that round for you.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

  1. Search on Kleinanzeigen, sort by newest

    Shape the search inside Notebooks

From Elektronik open Notebooks, then type the model you are after: MacBook Air M2, MacBook Pro 16, or a Windows line like ThinkPad T14 if you are flexible. Cap the price, set a location and radius you can reach for a meeting, and choose private sellers if that is your preference. Put the newest ads on top before copying the link.

  2. Copy the link, paste it into mxsender

Add it to MXSender with email selected

Paste the link into MXSender and pick email as the channel for this search; Telegram can be added on top. You do not hand us any Kleinanzeigen login, because the page you built is public.

  3. New listings land in your inbox

    Open one mail per check

When a check turns up new laptops, a single mail lists all of them, each with a photo, the asking price and a link to the ad. There is nothing to install, and every mail ends with an unsubscribe link.

A freelancerโ€™s inbox is already the to-do list

If your work runs through email, a separate app for laptop alerts is one more thing to forget. A mail sits between invoices and client threads, gets read when you next look up, and can be flagged, filed or forwarded to whoever is paying for the machine.

Students get the same from a university address they already check for course news.

Reading a Notebooks ad for what it leaves out

Titles are short and often vague. MacBook Pro 13 could mean an Intel model from 2017 or an M2 from 2022, and memory or SSD size frequently lives only in the description, if anywhere. Open every promising match and read to the end before you write.

Then ask two things in your first message: the battery cycle count and whether there is an invoice, the Rechnung, plus any warranty left. A seller who answers both plainly is usually a seller worth meeting.

Activation Lock, MDM and other things a photo cannot show

A picture of a clean MacBook says nothing about who still controls it. Activation Lock and Find My Mac must be off, or the machine remains tied to someone elseโ€™s Apple ID. Former company laptops sometimes still sit in an employerโ€™s device management and announce remote management during setup.

Ask about both before the meeting and check them in person. If the seller hesitates or the setup screen shows a company name, let that one go.

Your mail archive doubles as a price history

Every alert stays in your mailbox until you delete it. After a couple of weeks of a single search, a quick inbox search shows what an Air M1 with 8 GB really goes for near you, which turns a vague sense of fair into numbers you can quote while negotiating.

At the handover, test every key and port, look at the screen on a white page, check the cycle count yourself and pay only once you are satisfied. Money transferred ahead to a stranger is not something to agree to.

Free, Starter or Pro for one MacBook hunt

Kleinanzeigen can notify you about saved searches too, and that feature does what it says. Here you decide the channel and the rhythm: Free checks one search every 30 minutes, Starter at $5.99 runs five searches every 10 minutes, Pro at $14.99 twenty searches with the fastest checks.

Email is part of every plan. Free and Starter mail one address, Pro up to three, which helps when a small studio is buying a laptop and two people want to see the finds.

โ“Frequently asked questions

Will I get one mail per laptop?

No. Each check sends at most one mail, and every new match from that check is listed inside it.

Can I filter by battery health on the site?

Not as far as we know; it is not a standard search filter. Ask the seller for the cycle count and confirm it in person.

The first mail went to spam. What now?

Mark it as not spam, or create a rule that moves our alerts into a folder of their own.

Can colleagues receive the same alerts?

On Pro, yes: up to three addresses get the mail. On Free and Starter the alerts go to one address.

Does the first check send me every laptop already listed?

No. It notes what is on the page and stays quiet; mails start with the next laptop that appears.
