Get new eBay listings as Telegram messages

Who reaches a fairly priced Buy It Now listing first on eBay usually decides who gets it, so let the new ones come to the chat you already read all day.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

  1. Search on eBay, sort by newest

Set up the eBay results page you would check yourself

Search ebay.com for the item, then use the filters on the left: category, new or used, a minimum and maximum price, item location or the countries the seller ships to, and Buy It Now if you would rather not bid. Sort by Newly listed and copy the URL.

  2. Copy the link, paste it into mxsender

Send the link to the MXSender bot

Paste the link into our Telegram bot, or on the MXSender website with Telegram picked as the channel. Email can be added to the same search whenever you like. Give it a short name such as „Leica M6 under 1500“.

  3. New listings land in your Telegram

Get a card for each newcomer

Every listing that shows up in your search after you saved it becomes a card in the chat with the title, the price, a button that opens it on eBay and the photo when there is one. Items already in the results on day one are skipped.

Is it worth watching eBay at all when it has its own saved searches?

eBay lets you save a search and follow it from your account, and many buyers are happy with that. MXSender is a different route to the same goal: the result lands in Telegram, next to your other chats, on a schedule you choose with your plan, and several searches from several sites can share one place.

Free checks one search every 30 minutes. Starter, $5.99, checks five searches every 10 minutes. Pro, $14.99, handles twenty searches with the fastest checks we run. Telegram and email are part of every plan, the free one included.

One Telegram chat, several eBay hunts

Each saved search has its own hashtag on its cards, so a hunt for a vintage watch and another for a spare laptop charger can live in the same chat and still be told apart with one tap on the tag. Mute a search that is nice to have and it arrives silently, while the one that matters still makes a sound.

The chat is the same on your phone and on Telegram Desktop, and any card can be forwarded to a friend who knows more about the item than you do.

Reading an eBay card in ten seconds

Start with the price, because your filters already decided the rest. Prices on ebay.com are in US dollars and the page may show an estimate in your currency. Then the title: sellers pack it with the model, the condition and sometimes words like „for parts“ or „untested“, which is often the whole story.

If it still looks good, the button opens the full listing, where shipping, the seller and the return policy are spelled out.

Checks before money crosses a border

Read the seller’s feedback and the latest reviews. Note where the item is located and the real cost of shipping to you, and remember that some countries charge import duties or VAT when a parcel arrives. Keep payment inside eBay: the platform runs a buyer protection programme for purchases made there, and a seller who asks you to pay some other way is giving you a reason to walk away.

Auctions: what the alert does and does not do

A card arrives when a new auction or Buy It Now listing enters your results, not when bidding closes. Spotting a new auction early is still useful: you have days to research the item, ask the seller a question and decide your highest bid calmly.

❓Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Telegram account?

Yes, a normal Telegram account is enough. You start our bot once and the cards arrive in that chat.

Can I follow eBay and a local classifieds site together?

Yes, as separate searches in the same chat. More than one search needs Starter or Pro.

Will I see items the seller relisted?

If eBay shows a relisted item as a new listing in your results, it counts as new and a card arrives.

Does MXSender bid or buy for me?

No. You get the card; bidding, buying and talking to the seller happen on eBay.

What if I get too many cards?

Tighten the search on eBay, for example a lower price ceiling or a narrower category, and replace the link in MXSender.
