Open-box kitchen gear on eBay, straight into Telegram

Is that open-box coffee machine really cheaper than the shop once postage is added, and will it even work in your kitchen, are the questions a Telegram card gives you time to answer before someone else buys it.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

  1. Search on eBay, sort by newest

Search the model, not the category

On eBay, type the brand and model of the machine you want, then narrow it with condition (open box, refurbished, used), a maximum price and item location or ships-to for your country. Choose Buy It Now if you want fixed prices only. Sort by Newly listed and copy the link.

  2. Copy the link, paste it into mxsender

Send it to MXSender’s Telegram bot

Paste the eBay link into our Telegram bot, or add it on the MXSender website with Telegram as the channel. Email is available as an extra channel on the same search.

  3. New listings land in your Telegram

Read the card, open the listing

New listings arrive as cards in your chat: title, price, a button to the eBay page, and the photo when the seller added one. Nothing that was already in the search on day one is sent.

Open box, refurbished, used: what each label promises

Open-box usually means a returned or display unit, often unused or barely used. Refurbished means someone repaired and tested it, and the listing should say who: the manufacturer, a seller or a third party. Used means exactly that. Prices fall in that order, and so does certainty.

Small kitchen and cleaning machines are where these labels pay off. A refurbished robot vacuum or an open-box air fryer listed at a sensible Buy It Now price tends not to linger, which is the reason to get a card rather than check once a day.

The Telegram card before your kitchen counter

The card gives you the headline: what it is and what it costs. The tap takes you to the details that decide the deal. Look at the item location and the shipping charge to your country; a heavy box from abroad can eat the discount, and import duties or VAT may be charged on arrival.

Check the voltage and plug: North American appliances often run on 110–120 V, while much of the world uses 220–240 V. Then the seller’s feedback and the return policy. eBay has buyer protection for purchases that go wrong; its terms say what is covered.

Several appliance hunts in one chat

Each search has its own hashtag on its cards, so the coffee machine, the vacuum and a spare blender jug can live in the same chat and stay easy to tell apart. Mute the hunt that is not urgent and its cards arrive without a sound.

Forward a card to whoever shares the kitchen and ask before you buy. The same chat opens on your phone and on Telegram Desktop, handy when you want the full eBay page on a big screen.

Plans for appliance hunting

Free has one search checked every 30 minutes. Starter at $5.99 has five searches checked every 10 minutes; Pro at $14.99 has twenty with the fastest checks. Telegram and email are included on all of them.

❓Frequently asked questions

Can I follow one exact model number?

Yes. Type it into the eBay search before copying the link; a narrow search gives fewer, better cards.

Does the card say whether the seller ships to me?

No. Your ships-to filter on eBay shapes the search, but always confirm shipping on the listing itself.

Can I pause a search while I am away?

Yes. Pause it in the bot or on the website and resume when you are back.

Do cards tell me about price drops?

No. A card is sent when a new listing appears in your search.

Is there anything to install besides Telegram?

No. The bot runs inside Telegram, and the website works in any browser.
