Rare collectibles on eBay, as a Telegram card each

When the one piece missing from your collection finally comes up on eBay, the card in Telegram is the difference between bidding on it and reading about it later on a forum.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

  1. Search on eBay, sort by newest

Search the piece the way experts name it

Pick the eBay category for your field, then search with the identifier collectors use: a reference number, catalogue number, pressing code or mint mark. Set condition, a price range, item location or ships-to and auction or Buy It Now, sort by Newly listed and copy the link.

  3. New listings land in your Telegram

Look at each card as it arrives

New listings arrive in the chat as cards with title, price, a button to eBay and the seller’s photo when available. What was already listed before is skipped.

The Buy It Now that was priced by the wrong person

Estate clearances and family attics bring collectibles onto eBay at fixed prices set by people who do not collect: a first pressing listed as „old record“, a watch with a sought-after dial sold as „vintage watch, working“. Those listings are found fast by dedicated collectors. A card puts you among them.

Auction lots are slower but reward preparation. A card on listing day leaves time to research the piece, compare it with past examples and set a maximum bid before the final hours.

What to ask about a vintage piece

Request close-ups of marks, signatures, serial or matrix numbers, and any damage. Ask about restoration: a replaced part or a re-dialled face changes the value. For graded items, check the certificate number with the grader. A seller who answers precisely is worth more than a low price.

Across borders, read the item location, the shipping to your country and the packing, and expect possible import duties or VAT on arrival. Some materials face trade restrictions, so ask before buying antiques. Read the feedback and returns; eBay offers buyer protection when an item is not as described.

Coins, records and watches in one chat

Each search marks its cards with its own hashtag. Your coin searches, a record hunt and a watch reference can share one chat and stay apart. Mute the broad „surprise“ searches and keep the rare targets loud.

Forward a card to a fellow collector for a second opinion, and open the chat on Telegram Desktop when you want to zoom into hallmarks on a large screen.

Plans for collectors

Free covers one search checked every 30 minutes. Starter at $5.99 covers five searches every 10 minutes; Pro at $14.99 covers twenty searches with the fastest checks. Telegram and email are on every plan.

❓Frequently asked questions

Can MXSender authenticate an item?

No. It brings you the listing; authenticity is for you, the seller and, if needed, a grading service.

Does a card arrive when I am outbid?

No. Cards are about new listings only.

Can I follow one catalogue number in several categories?

Yes, by searching across all categories on eBay before copying the link.

Do I see cards on my laptop too?

Yes. Telegram shows the same chat on phone and desktop.

What if a search brings too many cards?

Tighten it on eBay with a price floor or a more exact identifier, then replace the link.
