eBay resale finds in Telegram before other flippers

Every flipper knows the feeling of opening a mispriced listing just after it sold, and a Telegram card for each new result in your sourcing searches is how you stop arriving second.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

  1. Search on eBay, sort by newest

Turn a buying rule into an eBay link

Pick the category, add the brand or keyword you buy on, set the condition and a top price that still leaves profit after fees and postage. Restrict item location or ships-to, choose Buy It Now for fixed-price buys, sort by Newly listed and copy the address.

  2. Copy the link, paste it into mxsender

Feed it to the MXSender bot

Paste the link into our Telegram bot or add it on the MXSender website with Telegram as the channel. Name it after the rule, for example „film cameras job lot“, so its hashtag tells you which rule fired.

  3. New listings land in your Telegram

    Act on the card

Each new listing in the search becomes a card with title, price, a button to the eBay page and the seller’s photo when there is one. Listings that existed before you added the search are not sent.

Arriving second can cost the whole margin

A collection listed at Buy It Now by a seller who did not research it is found by somebody quickly; the question is who. Resellers who refresh searches all day have an edge over those who look at lunch. A card on your phone gives you that edge without the refreshing, at the check interval of your plan.

Auctions are less urgent but still benefit: a card on day one gives you time to inspect photos, ask questions and decide your maximum bid instead of finding the listing in its final hour.

Sourcing rules that keep the chat useful

Too wide and the chat fills with listings you would never buy; too narrow and nothing ever arrives. Start with one rule you have bought on before, watch the cards for a few days, then tighten the price ceiling or add a word to exclude what keeps appearing.

Mixed lots, misspelled brand names and items in the wrong category are worth a search each. Each search carries its own hashtag, so you know at a glance which rule a card came from, and you can mute the slow ones.

The landed cost check on eBay.com

eBay.com shows sellers in many countries. Before buying, add up the price, postage to you, any import duties or VAT charged on arrival, your selling fees and outbound shipping. Read the seller’s feedback and returns, look at every photo, and verify authenticity on branded goods. eBay’s buyer protection exists for purchases that go wrong; its terms say what qualifies.

Forward a card to a partner who handles grading or pricing, and use Telegram Desktop when you want to compare the listing with sold prices on a big screen.

Plan sizes for a sourcing routine

Free covers one search checked every 30 minutes. Starter, $5.99, covers five searches every 10 minutes; Pro, $14.99, covers twenty searches with the fastest checks we offer. Every plan includes Telegram and email.

❓Frequently asked questions

Can MXSender buy the item automatically?

No. It sends the card; you decide and buy on eBay yourself.

Can two people on my team see the same cards?

Forward the cards, or add email as a second channel; Pro allows three email addresses.

Do cards cover sold or ended listings?

No. Only new listings that appear in your search.

Can I run searches on other marketplaces as well?

Yes, each supported site link counts as one search within your plan.

How do I stop a rule that no longer pays?

Pause or delete that search in the bot or on the website; the others keep running.
