Open one mail per check

When a check finds new flats on your page, one email arrives listing all of them, each with a photo, the rent and a link to the DIM.RIA listing. A check that finds nothing new sends nothing.

The Sunday-evening shortlist, built during the week

Picture it: you and your partner sit down on Sunday to plan viewings. Instead of scrolling the site from the top and wondering what you have already seen, you open a folder called Rentals that holds every new flat since Monday, with photos and rents side by side.

Email suits that slower, comparing side of renting. It also suits the fast side: a mail on your phone during lunch is enough to call the landlord before the evening rush of messages.

What is inside each MXSender rental email

One mail carries every new match from a single check, so three new flats mean one email with three entries rather than three emails. Each entry shows the photo from the listing, the title, the rent and a link straight to the flat on DIM.RIA, where you find the phone number and the full description.

Every mail has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can pause the search whenever you want a break.

Sharing the hunt with a flatmate or family

Free and Starter send to one address. Pro sends to up to three, so you, the person moving in with you and perhaps a parent helping with the first payment all see the same new flats. Whoever reads it first makes the call.

Prices are simple: Free is one search checked every 30 minutes, Starter at $5.99 is five searches every 10 minutes, Pro at $14.99 is twenty searches with the fastest checks. Email is part of every plan.

Viewing a flat from DIM.RIA without regrets

Some listings on the portal carry a verification mark. Good, but at the viewing still ask for the ownership document and the passport of the person letting the flat, and check the names match. Pay nothing before you have been inside.

Ask on the first call whether an agent is involved and what the commission is. Then put the rent, term, utilities and deposit into a written agreement.
