Set the search up on Prozorro.Sale
In the auctions section, describe what you buy to restore and sell: a keyword or category such as trailers, lathes or server racks, the regions you can collect from, and a status filter that hides auctions no longer accepting applications. Sort newest first if the option is there, then copy the results page address.

New listings land in your inbox
Receive one mail per check with new lots
When a check finds new auctions, one email arrives listing all of them, each with the title, the price and a link to the lot page, where the photos and files sit. There is nothing to install, and every mail has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

The common mistake: bidding on the start price
A low start price on a decommissioned van looks like a bargain until you add the rest. The useful number runs the other way: the price a buyer will pay once the van is repaired, minus parts and labour, transport, storage, participation costs and a buffer for what you could not see. That is your ceiling, and it belongs on paper before the auction begins.
An inbox that doubles as your purchase log
Every email from your search is a dated record of what came up and at what price. Drag it into folders such as to inspect, applied, won or passed, and the history of your sourcing builds itself. Months later, a search of your mailbox shows what a similar compressor started at last spring.
That record is also handy when you register the activity. Once buying and reselling lots is regular, it is normally done as a sole proprietor (FOP) with the right activity code and books kept; an accountant will advise on the tax group.
Reading the lot file and seeing the goods
Follow the link from the email to the auction page and open the attachments: description, condition report, terms of sale and the contact for viewings. Decommissioned property is usually sold as is, with no warranty and sometimes with parts missing.
Go and look. Start the engine if there is one, photograph nameplates and damage, check for signs that components were removed. Whatever you could not verify becomes a discount in your calculation, or a reason to pass.
Fees and dates between winning and collecting
Taking part means registering on an accredited e-platform and paying a guarantee fee, sometimes with a registration fee as well. After a win, the terms may add platform remuneration, taxes, notary or vehicle registration costs; the lot documents and the platform rules say who pays what.
The terms also set deadlines to sign the protocol and contract, to pay in full and to remove the goods. Missing them can cost the guarantee fee, so book the transport and set the money aside before you apply.
βFrequently asked questions
How many emails will I get?
At most one per check, and only when the check found new lots. No new lots, no email.
What does each plan include?
Free: one search checked every 30 minutes. Starter at $5.99: five searches every 10 minutes. Pro at $14.99: 20 searches, the fastest checks and up to three email addresses. Email is on every plan.
Can my bookkeeper get the same emails?
On Pro, add their address as one of three. On Free and Starter you have one address, but any email can be forwarded.
Do you apply or bid on the auction?
No. We send the email about new lots, nothing more. You register, pay fees and bid on the e-platform yourself.
Do lots already on the page get emailed?
No. The first check remembers the current list and only later additions are sent.
Can I rely on never missing a lot?
We check on your plan's schedule but cannot vouch for the site always responding, so check key searches manually from time to time.
