Prozorro.Sale lots to flip, announced in Viber

Most people who flip state auction lots in Ukraine already run their day in Viber, so that is where the news of a fresh lot from your Prozorro search should land.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

Search on Prozorro.sale, sort by newest

Build the search on Prozorro.Sale

Start from the auctions list and keep only your line of goods, for example vans and buses, diesel generators, catering equipment or bank-owned furniture. Limit the regions to places you can collect from, filter for auctions that are still taking applications, sort newest first where available, and copy the page address.

Hand the link to MXSender and subscribe

Give MXSender the link and pick Viber. Then tap Subscribe once in the chat with our bot, because Viber will not deliver to anyone who has not. Telegram and email are there too if you want the same search in a second place.

New listings land in your Viber

Read a short text per new lot

Each new auction on your page arrives as a plain Viber message with the lot title, the price and a link. There is no photo and there are no buttons; the link takes you to the lot page with its description and files.

🔎 Open Prozorro.sale ↗

A checklist for every Prozorro lot you consider flipping

Open the lot documents first: condition report, list of what is included, terms of sale and the contact for viewings. Then book an inspection, ideally with someone who knows that kind of machine. Note what is missing, since decommissioned property is often sold as is, without keys, batteries or paperwork for every component.

Next, price the whole ownership, not the lot. The guarantee fee is paid before the auction, some procedures add a registration fee, and after a win the terms may charge platform remuneration, taxes, notary or vehicle registration costs. Add dismantling, loading, transport and storage. Only then compare with the start price.

Working backwards to a ceiling you will not cross

Take the price a real buyer pays for the restored item in your market. Subtract repairs, parts, every cost above and a margin for things you could not see on inspection. The number left is your ceiling. Decide it before bidding starts and keep it, even when the auction gets lively.

Why a plain text message is enough for an auction lot

Nobody bids on a state auction from a thumbnail. The lot title tells you the object and often its type or year, the price tells you whether there is room for a margin, and the link holds everything else. Viber keeps that to two lines you can scan between jobs.

It also sits next to the contacts you need: the organiser, your mechanic, the carrier. Read the message, ring the organiser from the same app and book a viewing that day.

Deadlines on the e-platform once you have won

A won lot comes with dates. The terms normally fix when the protocol and contract must be signed, when the full price must be paid and how long you have to collect. Missing one can cost you the guarantee fee, so line up the money and the truck before you apply.

And when flipping lots turns into a steady activity, register it, usually as a sole proprietor (FOP) with the right activity code. Your accountant can say which tax group suits you.

❓Frequently asked questions

My search is active but Viber stays silent. Why?

Most often Subscribe was never tapped in the chat with our bot, and Viber will not deliver without it. It is also possible that no new lots appeared on your page.

Can I follow two lines of goods separately in Viber?

Yes. Build two searches on Prozorro.Sale and add each link to MXSender. Free allows one search, Starter five, Pro twenty.

Which plan includes Viber?

All of them. Free checks one search every 30 minutes, Starter at $5.99 checks five searches every 10 minutes, Pro at $14.99 covers 20 searches with the fastest checks.

Does MXSender take part in the auction for me?

No. We tell you about the new lot; the application, fees and bids are yours, made through an accredited e-platform.

Will I hear about lots that were already listed?

No. The first check records what is on the page and you only hear about lots added after that.

Is delivery guaranteed if the site has problems?

No. We check on your plan's schedule, but we cannot promise the site always answers, so glance at important searches by hand too.
