Keep only the regions you could realistically haul from and, if the results page lets you, only lots that are still open for applications. Sort with the most recently published at the top, then copy the full address of the page.

Why auction paperwork belongs in an inbox

Checklist: from the email to a filed application

Open the lot and note four things: the application deadline, the guarantee fee, whether inspection is offered, and how long the winner has to pay in full and sign. These differ per lot, so read them every time.

If you are not yet registered with an accredited e-platform, do it now — that step is what makes an early alert worth having. Then apply and pay the fee before the deadline. We don’t provide legal advice; questions about terms go to the organiser.

On site: condition, missing parts and the cost of getting it out

Lot photos show a machine standing in a shed, not whether it runs. Where viewing is allowed, compare what you see with the inventory, look for the equipment’s passport, ask when it last worked. Check the exit too: does a press need dismantling, will a crane fit, does a truck get to the door?

If the documents put removal on the buyer, add that cost to your ceiling before bidding.
