A deadline starts ticking the day a lot is published
Buying at auction is not like answering a classified ad. Nobody sells to whoever calls first; the price is set by bidding. What you race against is the application window. Before it closes you need to choose an accredited e-platform, register there, pay the guarantee fee and read through the lot.
Hear about a lot the day it goes up and you can plan a viewing, call a mechanic and settle on your ceiling without rushing.
Who is selling: state fleets, seized and pledged vehicles
The cars on these auctions come from state-owned companies retiring fleet vehicles, from public bodies, and from banks selling cars that were pledged against loans. Seized vehicles turn up as well. That mix means condition varies a lot, from well-kept service sedans to cars that have stood in a yard for a long time.
Checklist before you pay the guarantee fee
Read the lot description: year, mileage, whether the car runs, where it is parked. Open the attached files, which often hold photos, a condition report or other seller documents. Look for any mention of encumbrances, missing keys or missing registration papers, since those affect what happens after the sale.
Check the application deadline on the auction page and the fees the platform will charge. If the conditions allow an inspection, book it with the organiser early and bring someone who knows cars.
If you win: payment terms and re-registration in Ukraine
The lot conditions set how long the winner has to pay and what documents follow. Read them before bidding, not after. Once paid and signed, the car is re-registered at a service centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. We do not give legal advice; if a condition is unclear, ask the organiser or a specialist.

No. We read the public results page. To bid, though, you register with one of the accredited e-platforms.

No. We only tell you that a new lot exists. Registration, fees and bids are yours to handle on the platform you choose.
Do I get the auctions that were already on the page?
No. The first check remembers what is there, and cards follow only for lots added after it.
What if a lot is postponed or cancelled?
The card is about a new lot appearing. Date or status changes are shown on the auction page itself.
Can I watch cars in more than one oblast?
