Why an auction alert is about time, not about price
On a classifieds site the early buyer gets the item. On Prozorro.Sale the price is set by bidding, so being early buys something else: the days between publication and the application deadline. In that window you read the lot documents, ask to inspect the asset, pick an accredited platform (майданчик) and transfer the guarantee fee. Someone who notices the lot on the last day often cannot do all of that.
A Telegram card does not make you win. It makes sure you are not ruled out by the calendar.
Your pre-registration checklist for a state auction
Read the lot documentation and the auction terms in full: what exactly is sold or leased, encumbrances, lease or privatisation conditions, the guarantee fee and every deadline. Where the terms allow an inspection, arrange one. Allow for the time a bank transfer of the fee takes before applications close.

No. The first check remembers what is there; after that you only get lots added later.
Does Prozorro.Sale have its own notifications?

A lot I was sent is gone. Why?
