Is Viber enough to win a flat in Kharkiv?

For most rental decisions the first look is simple: is the district right, and is the rent within reach? A Viber message answers both in one line, like 1-room, Saltivka, 9,000 UAH. If it fits, you call; if not, you carry on with your day.

What wins the flat is calling before the landlord has a queue. How often we look at your DIM.RIA page is set by your plan, and the message reaches you wherever your phone is.

The Subscribe tap people forget

Too wide, too narrow: wording a Dnipro rental search

Keep the hurry for the phone call, not the payment

Write the rent, the term, utilities and the deposit into an agreement, and ask an agent about commission early.
