A quick checklist for a rental hunt in Kyiv, Lviv or Kharkiv

Rooms and district first, budget second, owner or agency third. Decide those three before you copy the link, because they decide how many messages you get and how many of them deserve a call.

Have your answers ready for the landlord too: when you want to move in, who will live there, whether you have pets, how long you plan to stay. Owners tend to choose the caller who sounds sorted, and the first caller who sounds sorted usually wins.

Three lines of text is enough to decide on a flat

I added the search but nothing arrives. What now?

Check that you tapped Subscribe in our Viber chat. Viber only delivers to subscribed users.

Can I search Kyiv and Dnipro at the same time?

Does the alert tell me whether it is an owner or an agency?

Only if the title says so. The reliable way is to filter by Приватна особа on OLX before copying the link, and to ask on the phone.
