Why a text line is enough to make the call

For a reseller, the first filter is always the same: is this the model I want, and is the price right? A Viber line answers both. If it does, open the link, look at the photos and ring the seller, often on Viber itself, from the same phone you are already holding.

That matters because a low price in Zenica or Mostar does not wait. People who have bought and sold on OLX for years know that the seller usually goes with whoever called first and sounded serious.

What the message leaves out, and how to cover it

Viber alerts carry no photo, so condition is something you check in the listing. If you buy in categories where a picture tells you most of what you need, such as furniture or bikes, add Telegram or email to the same search; both include the photo. Many resellers keep Viber for the nudge and email as the record.

Text has one advantage, though: a list of short lines is quick to scan on a crowded tram or between customers, and the KM figure is the first thing your eye lands on. For a reseller, that number decides almost everything.

Questions worth asking a seller before you drive out

Is it still working, is there a receipt or warranty card, why is it being sold, and can you test it on the spot? For phones, ask for the IMEI and whether the account is signed out. If the answers are vague, or if you are asked to pay something in advance to keep the item for you, let it go. Pay only after you have seen and tested what you are buying.
