Is a text message enough to judge a flip?

For sourcing, the first filter is arithmetic: is this the model you sell, and is the price under your line? A title such as ‘iPhone 12 128GB, battery 88%’ next to a figure well below your ceiling answers both, and the link opens the photos and the seller's description.

Where photos decide everything, vintage clothing for example, put that one search on Telegram or email instead. Channels can differ from search to search.

Margin first, OLX filters second

Write down what you resell and what each piece realistically fetches. Take off delivery, any repair or cleaning, the time to photograph and relist it, and your margin. The number left is what goes into the price field.

Sellers write casually. Someone clearing a cupboard may call a set ‘lego city police station’ or simply ‘конструктор лего’. Use the brand plus the category rather than an exact set number, and tighten the category if accessories creep in.

Red flags behind a cheap Ukrainian listing

Do not prepay a stranger by card, and ignore payment links that move the deal away from OLX. Ask for a short video of the item, the IMEI for a phone and photos of labels for branded clothes.

Paying at pickup, or after inspection at a Nova Poshta branch, keeps the risk with the seller.
