What rents fastest in Romanian cities
Fairly priced studios and one-bedroom flats close to a metro line in Bucharest, or within walking distance of the universities in Cluj-Napoca and Iași, tend to go first. Late summer, before the academic year, is when the queue for them is longest.
Owners rarely work through every enquiry. They pick from the first callers, show the flat to a few, and take the ad down. An alert in Telegram is how you get into that first group without watching the portal all day.
Who should see the card besides you

Rental scams to recognise on sight
Be wary when a central flat is far below the going rent, when the landlord is supposedly abroad and wants the deposit before posting the keys, or when you are rushed to pay to hold the place. Do not pay before a viewing.
At the viewing, ask for the land book extract and the owner’s ID and check the names match. Put rent, deposit, term and utilities into a written contract that is registered with ANAF, and ask an agency about its fee on the first call.

The card shows the rent as the advertiser entered it, which on Romanian rentals is often euro.
I found a flat. How do I stop the cards?
Pause or delete the search in MXSender.
Can I search two cities at once on Free?
