The price ceiling is your whole margin

Resellers on Divar compete for the same few ads: a phone listed by someone who needs cash today, a bike from a family moving out, a console from a student leaving the city. Your profit is set at the moment you buy, so the search itself should only show ads you would actually buy.

Set the ceiling low enough that every card is a candidate. If the search stays silent for days, raise it a little. If it fills the chat with ads you skip, lower it or add the exact model.

Running five product searches without losing track

Each search puts its own hashtag on its cards, so phones, consoles and bikes can arrive in one Telegram chat and still be sorted at a glance. Mute the slow categories and keep the fast-moving ones loud. Forward a card to a partner who can do the pickup in another district.

Keep a short note of the prices you sold each model for last month and compare every card with it. Over a few weeks you will see which searches bring stock that sells on quickly and which bring items that sit on the shelf. Buying to resell without inheriting a problem

A cheap item is only a deal if you can sell it on. For phones, check that the device is not locked to an account and ask for the box and receipt; for anything valuable, ask how the seller got it. A price far below the market with a seller in a hurry can mean stolen goods.
