The mistake that costs tenants the best Tehran flats

Most people search for a rental the way they read the news: once in the morning, once at night. By the evening the bright two-room flat near the metro that went up at eleven already has a visit booked, and the owner has stopped answering. Moving season makes it worse, when families and students hunt the same districts at once.

Deposit and rent: setting a range that fits
