Get new OLX.ba camera listings as a Viber message

The usual mistake is checking OLX Bosnia for lenses once a day, when a message in the Viber chat you already open all the time does the checking for you.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

Search on OLX, sort by newest

Set up the lens or body search on OLX.ba

Go to the photo equipment listings or type the exact model, such as Canon RF 50mm or Panasonic GH5. Limit the price in KM, pick your town or the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina, switch the order to the newest ads and copy the address of that results page.

Give the link to MXSender and turn on Viber

Paste the link on the MXSender website and choose Viber, then open our chat in Viber and tap Subscribe once; without that tap Viber will not deliver. Telegram and email can be added to the same search if you want them as well.

New listings land in your Viber

Read the short Viber message

Each new ad arrives as plain text: the title, the price and the link to the listing. There is no photo and there are no buttons, so tap the link to see the pictures on OLX.ba.

The once-a-day habit that loses lenses in Sarajevo

Looking at OLX.ba every evening feels thorough, yet a fairly priced lens posted in the morning has usually found a buyer by then. The fix is not more refreshing; it is being told when the ad appears. Viber is already open on most phones in Bosnia, so a message there gets seen quickly.

What a Viber alert can and cannot show

The message is deliberately simple: title, price, link. That is enough to decide whether the ad is worth opening, but you will judge the condition from the photos on OLX.ba, not from the chat. If you want a picture in the alert itself, add Telegram or email to the search.

Questions that reveal a tired camera body

Ask how many shutter actuations the body has, whether it was used for paid work, and whether the sensor has been cleaned. For zoom lenses, ask if the zoom ring turns evenly and whether any element has been replaced. Test in person: focus on near and far subjects, try every dial and look at a frame on a larger screen if you can.

Meeting the seller and paying safely in Bosnia

Choose a public spot in daylight, bring your own memory card and battery if the systems match, and pay only after testing. Treat any request for a deposit before viewing, or a courier arrangement you did not ask for, with caution. Keep the conversation on OLX.ba or a phone call you started.

Viber on every MXSender plan

Free covers one search checked every 30 minutes. Starter at $5.99 covers five searches every 10 minutes, and Pro at $14.99 covers twenty with the fastest checks. Viber, Telegram and email are available on all three.

❓Frequently asked questions

Why does nothing arrive in Viber?

Open our chat and make sure you tapped Subscribe; Viber only delivers after that.

Does the Viber message have a photo?

No. It carries the title, price and link; the photos are on the ad itself.

Can I get Viber and email for the same search?

Yes. Turn on as many channels as you like for one search, on any plan.

Will I be told about ads that were already up?

No. Only listings that appear after you saved the search are sent.

Can I follow both a body and a lens?

Yes, as two searches; that needs Starter or Pro because Free covers one.

Does the alert work if my search is in Bosnian?

Yes. Whatever words and filters you used on OLX.ba stay in the link, and the message repeats the title exactly as the seller wrote it, in Bosnian, Serbian or Croatian.
