Is a text-only alert enough for a camera?

More often than you would think. Camera sellers on OLX tend to put the model, the lens and sometimes the condition right in the title, like „Sony a6000 kit 16-50 mulus“ or „lensa Canon 50mm STM fullset“. Together with the rupiah price, that tells you whether to open it.

When you do want the photo in the alert itself, add Telegram or email to the same search; both show a picture.

Reading Indonesian seller words in a title

A few words come up again and again: mulus means smooth or in very good condition, fullset means with box and accessories, minus describes a defect, nego means the price is open, and BU (butuh uang) means the seller needs money and may move fast. Jamur means fungus, a word you want to see absent, not present.

Spotting these in a short Viber message helps you decide which ads to open first.
