What a Viber alert about an iPhone contains, and what it leaves out

Your first message to the seller: four questions

Is Find My iPhone switched off, and will they sign out of their Apple ID when you meet? What does Battery Health show, ideally as a screenshot? Has the screen, battery or camera ever been replaced?
