Three questions to settle before you build the LUN search
Which complexes would you actually live in? Not every new building suits a commute, so look at the map first and pick the two or three that work for your route to the office or school.
What is your real ceiling once the service charge is added? Monthly fees in new buildings are often higher than in older blocks, so leave room for them.
Do you need parking? Many complexes rent an underground space separately. Knowing this before the first call saves both you and the owner a wasted viewing.
Fresh renovation, first tenant, short queue
An owner who has just finished a renovation usually wants careful tenants rather than the highest bid. They often agree with the first sensible person who comes to look, which is why speed matters more here than haggling.
