Viber messages for OLX Romania items worth reselling

Plenty of Romanian resellers already live in Viber for supplier chats and family groups, so it makes sense for fresh OLX finds under your price cap to land there as short text messages too.

Pin down the product and your ceiling on OLX

Go to the category you buy from, put the exact model in the search box and enter only a maximum price in lei that still leaves you a margin. Choose used condition, and private sellers if you want people clearing out rather than shops. Sort by newest and copy the URL.

Plain text on purpose: what a Viber alert holds

A Viber alert is three things: the title as the seller wrote it, the price in lei or euro, and a link. No photo card, no buttons under the message. That is how our Viber delivery works, and for sourcing it is often enough, because the model and the price already tell you whether the margin is there.

When the title looks right, the link takes you to the photos and the seller’s contact in one tap.

Checklist for a sourcing search that stays useful

One product per search, named in a way that explains itself in a short message: „Dyson V11 under 900“. A price ceiling, never just a floor. Used condition, so new shop stock does not crowd the results. Newest first, so the page you hand us reflects what was just posted. Country-wide if you can collect or arrange delivery, a single county if you cannot.

If a search stays silent for weeks, loosen one thing at a time; if it floods you with cases and chargers, add the storage size or the exact model.

Why private sellers reward the first message

Someone selling a parent’s tool collection in Timișoara or a spare console in Constanța wants it gone, not a bidding war. They answer whoever writes first and can come soon, and the rest hear it is already reserved.

How early you hear depends on the plan. Free checks one search every 30 minutes. Starter, $5.99, checks five searches every 10 minutes. Pro, $14.99, runs twenty searches with the fastest checks. Viber is included on all of them.

Before you hand over cash for stock

Check the IMEI or serial of phones and laptops, and test the item where you collect it. Avoid paying deposits to someone who will not meet. A link in a chat that asks for your card details so you can „receive“ money is a scam pattern worth refusing. The alert tells you a listing appeared; judging it is your job.
