New OLX Romania rentals sent to your Viber

Plenty of Romanian landlords prefer to talk on Viber anyway, so getting each new rental from your OLX search in that same app keeps the whole flat hunt in one place on your phone.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

Search on OLX.ro, sort by newest

Set the city, rent and rooms on OLX

On OLX Romania open Imobiliare and the flats and studios to rent. Pick the city, say Constanța or Sibiu, a monthly ceiling and the rooms you want. Choose private sellers to skip agencies. Sort by newest, then copy the link from the address bar.

Choose Viber in MXSender and subscribe once

Paste the link, pick Viber, then open the MXSender chat in Viber and tap Subscribe. Viber delivers nothing until that tap. You can route the same search to Telegram or email as well.

New listings land in your Viber

Read the line, open the ad

Each new flat is a plain text with the title, the rent and the link. We send no photo cards and no buttons on Viber; photos and the landlord’s number are on the OLX page behind the link.

Is a short Viber text enough to pick a flat in Sibiu?

For a first decision, yes. You want to know two things: is it in an area you can live in, and does the rent fit. The title and price tell you both. If the answer is yes, one tap opens the photos and the number; if not, you carry on with your day.

What wins a rental is being among the first callers, before the landlord has a queue. How often your search is checked depends on your plan.

The tap that makes Viber deliver

Viber lets a business account message only people who have subscribed to it. Opening the chat is not enough. If nothing arrives after you set a search to Viber, open the MXSender chat and tap Subscribe. Every search you send to Viber then shares that one chat.

Moving with someone? Forward and decide together

A Viber text forwards in two taps, link and all, so your partner or flatmate can look at the ad from work. Agree in advance on who calls and who goes to the viewing, so the first reply to the landlord is yours and nobody books the same slot twice.

Money and documents before the keys

Ask on the first call whether it is an agency and what commission applies, how large the deposit is and which bills come on top. Never pay before you see the flat, and ask for the ownership document. A written lease registered with ANAF protects both sides; ask the landlord how they handle it.

We only tell you the flat appeared; checking it and the landlord is your job.

One city or several: what each plan gives

Viber is included on every plan. Free looks at one search every 30 minutes, enough for one city and a clear budget. Starter at $5.99 runs five searches every 10 minutes for a few neighbourhoods. Pro at $14.99 handles twenty with the fastest checks.
