Who gets to view the cheap Passat first

Picture a 2015 Passat estate, one owner, priced a little under similar cars in Iași. The owner posts it in the morning, gets several calls before lunch and books the first two people who can come today. Anyone who finds it in the evening is told it is spoken for.

Private sellers do not wait for the best offer; they go with the first serious buyer. Seeing the listing early is the only edge there is, and a Viber message puts it in your pocket.

Short by design: reading a Viber car alert

The message is plain text: the title, usually make, model and year, the price in euro or lei as the seller typed it, and a link. No photo card and no buttons under it; that is how our Viber delivery works. If you want photos in the alert itself, add Telegram or email to the same search.

Inspecting a used car before you pay

Get the VIN before you drive anywhere and check the history through the official sources available, including mileage from past inspections. Match the VIN on the car with the papers and the owner’s name with the seller’s ID. A garage of your choice should look at it, not one the seller suggests.

Skip deposits for cars you have not seen and sellers who say they are abroad and will ship the car. Money changes hands when the sale contract is signed.

One search per model, and how often each is checked

If you are torn between two models, make two searches; the message shows the title, so you can tell them apart at a glance. A search that is too broad sends you every hatchback in the county; too narrow and it may never fire.
