When someone in Tuzla posts a working drill set or a two-year-old phone well below what similar ads ask, they get a handful of messages early and usually sell to the first serious caller. Resellers in Sarajevo and Banja Luka know this, which is why the cheapest ads rarely survive the day.

Refreshing the category between other jobs is how most people try to keep up. A card that shows up in Telegram, with the photo and the number already visible, lets you decide yes or no without opening the site at all.

One chat, several buying rules, clear hashtags

A typical setup is one search per product line: phones, consoles, branded tools. The hashtag on each card tells you which rule fired. Checks before you pay a private seller

Buying to resell means you inherit any problem with the item. For phones, ask for the IMEI and compare it with the box and the settings screen, and make sure the device is signed out of the previous owner’s account. For tools and electronics, ask for the receipt or warranty card where one exists; a seller who cannot explain where a nearly new item came from is a reason to walk away.

Meet in a public place, test the item there and pay after you have seen it working. Do not send money in advance for something you plan to collect.
