Question: should the baby’s things come by mail or by chat?

If you are three months away from the due date and slowly building the list, email is usually the better fit. You read the new ads once or twice a day, compare a few cots side by side and keep the ones you like in a folder. Nothing buzzes while you rest.

If you need a pram by Friday, a chat channel may suit you better, because the best-priced ones are claimed quickly. Many parents use email for the long list and switch one urgent item to Telegram.

A folder called „nursery“ in your inbox

Filing the alerts gives you something a busy feed does not: a record. Two weeks in you know roughly what a used travel cot or a high chair goes for in Lahore, and you can tell a fair ad from an overpriced one. Forward a mail to grandparents who want to help pay, and let them see the photo and price themselves.

On Pro you can add up to three addresses, so both parents get the same mails without forwarding.

First alert: check spam and promotions

We cannot choose where your provider puts our mail. After your search finds its first match, look in spam and in the promotions or updates tab, mark the email as not spam and add the sender to your contacts.

What to inspect in a used cot, pram or car seat

Prams: the fold, the brakes, the harness and the wheels. Cots: every slat and screw, and a stable base. Toys: no loose small parts for babies under three. Car seats: ask about accidents and look for a missing strap; when in doubt, buy that one new.

Collect in person, with someone you trust, and pay when you have seen the item. Be careful with sellers who insist on an advance by bank transfer or mobile wallet before you can visit.

Plans while the list keeps growing

Free covers one search checked every 30 minutes. Starter costs $5.99 for five searches checked every 10 minutes. Pro costs $14.99 for twenty searches and the fastest checks. Every plan includes email.
