A spreadsheet habit for small traders

Many resellers in Pakistan keep a simple sheet: what they bought, for how much, what they sold it for. Email alerts feed it naturally. Each mail shows the asking prices of new ads, you copy the interesting ones into the sheet, and after a month you know the real buying price of each model in your city, not the one dealers quote.

Searching the inbox for a model name brings up every ad you received for it, which is handy before you negotiate.

Email or Telegram for a trading business

Email works best for product lines where the deal is decided by research: cameras, tools, bulk lots, refurbishable electronics. For fast-moving phones, where the cheapest ad is gone within hours, many traders add Telegram to that search as well. You can mix both on one account.
