OLX Romania rental flats, emailed after every check

If you are hunting for a flat in Iași or Brașov while still living somewhere else, an inbox that gathers every new OLX rental for you is easier to manage than a browser full of forgotten tabs.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

  1. Search on OLX.ro, sort by newest

Narrow the rentals on OLX Romania

Open Imobiliare, choose flats and studios for rent and pick your city. Set the rent ceiling, the rooms you need and, if you prefer owners, the private-seller option. Typing a neighbourhood name sharpens the list. Sort by newest and copy the address of the results.

  2. Copy the link, paste it into mxsender

Paste it into MXSender with email selected

Choose email as the channel and confirm the address. Free and Starter mail one address, Pro up to three. Telegram or Viber can be added to the same search at any time.

  3. New listings land in your inbox

Open one mail, see every new flat

A check that finds new flats sends one email listing all of them, each with a photo, the rent and a link to the ad. Quiet checks send nothing. There is an unsubscribe link in every message.

Who should hunt Romanian rentals from an inbox

Email suits people who cannot react during the day but can sit down every evening: someone relocating for work, a student arranging housing before term, a family moving across the country. You read the day’s flats in one go, pick the two or three worth a call and ring the landlords next morning.

If you need to beat a crowd in central Bucharest, add Telegram to the same search for the urgent ones and keep email as the archive.

Comparing several flats inside one email

Because each mail groups every new listing from a check, you can look at rent, photos and area side by side. A filter that moves the alerts into a „Flat hunt“ folder keeps them out of your work mail, and the search box finds the one in Tătărași you liked last Thursday.

Viewing in person before any deposit

The most common scam on Romanian classifieds is the absent landlord who asks for a deposit before a viewing and promises to post the keys. Do not pay for a flat you have not seen. Ask for the ownership papers and check the name against the person’s ID.

A lease should be written down and registered with ANAF; ask the landlord how it will be done. Photograph the meters and every room when you move in.

Rent ceiling, rooms and a realistic area

A ceiling set too low leaves your inbox empty and makes it look as though nothing exists; one set too high fills it with flats you would never take. Use the amount you would truly pay with utilities, and keep each search to a couple of neighbourhoods. A second search for a backup area is better than one vague search.

Getting mail delivered and picking a plan

Your provider decides where our mail lands. After the first match, check spam or Promotions once, mark the message as wanted and add the sender to your contacts. Free covers one search checked every 30 minutes; Starter at $5.99 covers five every 10 minutes; Pro at $14.99 covers twenty with the fastest checks and three addresses.
