The common mistake: judging price from one ad

Many buyers open OLX Kazakhstan once, see three iPhone 12 ads, and take the cheapest as the market price. A week later they find they paid more than most, or skipped a fair deal waiting for one that never came.

What to verify in person

Ask the seller to sign out of their Apple ID and turn off Find My while you watch. Look at battery health and at the parts and service history in Settings, and check the IMEI in the settings matches the box.

Test calls with your own SIM, the cameras and Face ID. Do not send a deposit for a phone you have not seen, and do not enter card details on a link sent to you. A seller in a hurry who will only meet in a car park at night can wait for another buyer.
