Who does better with email than with a chat

A garage owner in Shymkent who sources parts for several clients, a fleet manager in Astana keeping a small van fleet running, a driver who collects the bits for a weekend repair: all of them already live in their inbox. An email that groups the new ads from one check is easy to read at a desk, forward to a colleague and file under the job it belongs to.

The common mistake: one giant parts search

Saving the whole spare parts category for a brand sounds clever and produces a wall of unrelated ads. Split the hunt instead: one search per part and model, each with its own price ceiling. A mail for „Hyundai Accent rear bumper“ you can act on in a minute; a mail with forty mixed ads you will start ignoring.

Mind the spelling too. Sellers in Kazakhstan write models in Latin or Cyrillic, sometimes with the body code only, so look at how the ads you want are titled and copy that wording.

Ask for the part number, a photo of any label and, for a used engine or gearbox, the mileage of the car it came from. Agree on what happens if the part is faulty before paying. A seller far away who wants the full sum by transfer before sending anything, and gives no way to check them, is worth skipping. Never type card details into a link that came in a chat.
