Equipment deals on OLX.kz in one email per check

The usual mistake is to search OLX Kazakhstan for every tool at once, and this page shows a calmer way to get only the equipment you need into your inbox.

3 steps

Set up in a minute

Search on OLX.kz, sort by newest

Build a search per kind of equipment

In the Home and garden section of OLX Kazakhstan, open tools, or search a specific item such as бетономешалка, компрессор or лазерный уровень. Set the city, a price range in tenge, private or business sellers as you prefer, and sort by newest. Copy the address bar once the results look right.

Choose email when you add it

Paste the link on the MXSender website or send it to our Telegram bot, and pick email. One address on Free and Starter, up to three on Pro, so the site manager and the person who pays can both read it. Telegram can sit on the same search if you want both.

New listings land in your inbox

Read the list in one mail

A check that finds new equipment sends one email with every new ad: photo, price and a link each. A quiet check sends nothing. An unsubscribe link sits at the bottom of every mail.

The catch-all tool search that buries the generator

Typing „инструмент“ and the whole of Kazakhstan gives you hand tools, garden hoses, sets of spanners and shop listings by the hundred. The one listing you wanted, a 5 kW generator two streets away, ends up in the middle of a long mail that you skim and close. Searches that are too wide make alerts feel useless, and people switch them off.

Split by item and by town instead. A compressor search for Karaganda and a separate scaffolding search for the region give two short mails that you will actually read.

Email as a buying log for a small building firm

Firms buy equipment over weeks, and decisions pass through more than one person. Mail fits that: forward the message to the owner, file it in a folder per project, search it later by brand. When a supplier quotes a price for a new mixer, the archive of second-hand offers on OLX.kz is a useful comparison.

Pro’s three addresses let the foreman, the accountant and you receive the same list without anyone forwarding it.

Inspecting used equipment in Kazakhstan

Run engines from cold, check oil for water, look at hour meters where they exist, test compressors to pressure and watch for leaks. For welders and power tools, ask to see them working under load. Ask for any purchase documents, especially for expensive kit; a seller who cannot say where a nearly new machine came from deserves a second question.

Pay on handover, and be wary of any request to send money in advance for equipment you have not seen or that will be „shipped from another city“ without a delivery service both of you can check.

Getting the first equipment mail out of spam

Where a new sender lands is your mail provider’s decision. After the first match, check spam or promotions, mark the message as not spam and add the sender to your contacts.

What each plan covers for equipment hunting
